A costly year for The Banker so far…

A hat trick of mega-money wins has left The Banker’s wallet feeling lighter in 2012.

Estate agent, James left with £65k in possibly one of the luckiest games of Deal or No Deal ever. You can read about the show here and watch his interview here.

That win must have sparked something in the Dream Factory because soon after Paul left with a massive £70k. The Banker had the last laugh however. Paul could’ve been our first Male Quarter Millionaire. You can read Paul’s touching story here and watch his Interview here.

Belinda stepped up a gear winning the most of the three. Confirming bad things do happen in threes (well if you’re The Banker anyway) read about her massive win here.

We have had 18 red wins and just 2 blue wins up until 23rd January totalling a whopping £387k! It’s a bad time to be The Banker and it could get a whole lot worse.

    hi there…………ode to the winners

the banker moaned ‘these times are fraught
to feel the pinch when i get caught’
good looking james, a really lucky gent
for fate decreed six five k, was for him meant
but paul, with such great courage, deserves the credit
to relieve the tight old banker’s coffers of, a useful 70k debit
so to the lovely belinda, who would have thought
the banker, for a further 75k had, yet again been caught…….brill wins..well done to you all

my regards to you tight old banker( aka…titus maximus)……..a nice run of three…….

  2. Wyn Owen (Welf) says:

It’s good to see these big wins for a change some of them have been lucky but others have played the game well. All we need now is our first male quarter millionare and if we achieve that then I think that might just push the banker over the edge. Looking forward to seeing more great games.

    Best wishes

    Welf

  9. william harry evans says:

Is that why you haven’t got me on yet because you are scared I could take you to the wall, by being the first male quarter of a millionare, then you wouldn’t be laughing down the phone hahahaha I would. I dare you

  10. I think every one to a man jack of us love’s to see the money go to really worthy contestants. In the case of young Paul who has had to overcome such great difficulties and won the hearts and minds of many a viewer on the show it also highlighted the good side of the banker in much the same good light.

So for once the money and it’s value was frozen in the emotion of the “game”while the banker lost his marble’s for the good cause of “Deals Name”..
